could someone please change the colour of the chrome strip on my car to Orange? the chrome is not in the best of condition so i was thinking of peeling it off and painting it. just want to get some ideas as to what to do to it. http://www.fordgallery.com/showphoto...sort/1/cat/500

the orange does look like it'll suit...maybe just a better shade of orange...

Go and get some new chrome strips from Ford.
I know the side moulds wil be expensive but the bumper strips should be reasonable.

my bumper chrome is OK its the side mouldings which are a bit buggered. have got an almost complete set of some VGC replacement chrome mouldings but they arent colour coded so i cant put them on. will be going to bunnings or middy's to find myself some electrical tape. do they even make orange electrical tape???

I reckon the orange looks alright.

Looking at it for a second time, reminds me a little of the Phantom/Orange GT Stripe Combo.
