August's photoshop comp picture will be delayed until tomorrow, today being sunday as not many people were on and was hard for me to contact people to go ahead and put a few things up, it will be definately up tomorrow along with the new rules and the hall of fame, sorry for the inconvience.

probably how much of a transformation combined with quality and not being able to notice that it has been digitally edited. ie, a car with random crap drawn all over it with mspaint may have a lot of changes, but may not be the best thing that has ever graced a computer screen. then on the other hand, you may have done a flawless job of changing the wheelnuts and windscreeen wipers to chrome orange or something, people may mistake it for the real thing, but wow, its nothing special. thats my take anyway. big petes was a combination of awesome modding finished off by flawless editing resulting in a seamless image. might go ask him how he did it (takes 10-gauge out of cabinet..)
