Just an idea, Ford won't be doing a V8 Territory, so there will be a need for a performance version. Just stick in the XR6T powerplant and your good to go, and If FPV were to get into the act the F6 engine would do just nicely

So here's my version of a Performance Terriotory.
Not a big 4x4 person and my photoshop skills arn't great so bear with me...

Changes:
New larger Intake with with longer lower guard
Roofline majorly lowered to give that wide stance (screw head room!)
Lowered just a little
Darkened headlights
Tinted windows
New grill and badging
Removed auxilary lights
* Was gonna change the mags but can't figure out how

had a play with it also..

I rekon why not add a big intercooler and fill the intake with a wide mesh. Oh and the number plate, you could always opt for a slim line plate.

Had a play with new wheels, they are hard to get right. What I try to do is find a wheel that is on a similar angle and transform it.. Distort and perspectivem seem to finish off the job...
