im happy with the overall look and colour scheme and I'm in the process of filling it with content, but not having much spare time, it is difficult to come up with models and other stuff on a regular basis, but I do have more stuff to upload so it will constantly be having stuff added to it over the coming days
but yeah, its under construction so some things (like the link to the fairmont photos, and the thumbnails on the gt page) dont work but they will in time.
Wow. The website looks very nice, but I am mostly impressed by your falcon renderings, they're amazing. I am trying to do the same sort of thing with blender, but I'm finding it quite difficult.
thanks for the feedback!
the model is around 1.2 million polygons (mainly due to the tyres, wheels and lights) so its mainly for rendering rather than game use, although the un-meshsmoothed version is only like 200,000 polygons or so which is about the same amount as cars in a game i have, although it looks nowhere near as good. im on holidays in 2 weeks so the GT shall be completed eventually, in the meantime here are some quick dodgy renders of it, obviously not complete, lol:
lookin good so far,
ive got to get into 3D stuff, although i dont think i have the patience.
the 3D guys at uni spend WAY to long on WAY to little!
but it would be nice to know how to do it..
Wow mate, I admire your work.
I would love to learn how to create 3D cars, I used to muck around with 3D studio 4 years ago, but just never really got the hang of it.
