94 Falcon EF - Not starting on Petrol, Power cutting out-LPG - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I've a 94 Falcon EF, and I can't start it on Petrol at the moment, but on LPG, it starts and I can drive it but then the drive cut out after a minute or two. It came back and I was able to get the car home and thats when I noticed it's not starting on petrol any more when it used to.

I normaly run it on LPG so haven't been worried by the fact that it's always been a little jumpy on petrol - I've been told it has dirty injectors. Could this be even affecting it on LPG now and stopping the car from starting on petrol? Is it a big job to get these cleaned (is that possible?) Or could it be the fuel pump???

Would think it sounds more like fuel pump . Can you hear the fuel pump when you switch on ?

Usually just a buzz for a few seconds on switching on .
