As a Fairmont Ghia owner I have wondered if the Prestige Service arrangement actually works. They seem to be very quiet about it, I only knew I was could get service booking through a central number and full roadside assistance by digging through the manual, nobody told me about it.

Anyone used the service?

I had a rear tyre blowout on my Fairlane and phoned the Prestige Service. They arranged to get the tyre/wheel replaced. This was between Howard and Maryborough, in QLD. Back on the road within an hour of phoning them .

I use them to book the car for service - very good. Had a starting problem as well, was on the road in 30 minutes after one call.
