AU Speakers ??

Just woundering what size speakers fit best into an au falcon front and rear without to many mods

6 inch splits fit in no problems!

Howdy.
You can get 6x9's into the parcel shelf with a spacer fitted.
Just have to cut around the parcel shelf to clear it.
Kept the 5x7's in the doors though as i didn't want to stuff around to much.
Just changed them from the $5 cheapies Ford fit to some better quality ones.

Options: Beaded seat cover, mud flaps, side wind deflectors, plastic dog with wobbleing head, on parcel shelf. "New":Exhaust and windscreen washers with LED's.

Howdy mate

Just wondering how you changed out your front speakers, does the speaker cover clip out or do you need to take the whole door panel off

I removed the entire door covering as from memory the grille is held in from the inside anyway.
Just have to remove the door handle and retaining screws around the cover and the cover comes off with a bit of gentle persuasion.
The screws holding the speakers in are of the Torx variety so you can either use a special driver to undo them or just clamp on some vise grips as i did.
