AU Trans cooler lines
Can anyone please advise which is the supply line and which is the return line for the transmission cooler lines on a 2002 AU3 4.0 six?
ie: looking at the lines where they attach to the radiator, is the top or bottom line the supply line?
I'm in the process of fitting a trans cooler and an inline filter and want to ensure I have the filter installed in the return line.
Ordinarily I'd just disconnect both lines, direct them into a bucket and start the engine and see which line spits out fluid - but maybe someone can save me this trouble?
