hi all im going to turbo my au falcon does anyone know where i can get a turbo exhaust manifold for it ??
was thinking of making my own but seems as tho it may be a bigger job than i think have a picture of one from custom exhausts was just going to get some stainless steel heat it bend it and weld it all make the flange's etc...anyways would it be cheaper making it myself or buying one i know it would take a long time to make one but would be sweet to have my own hand made manifold what do you think and does anyone have any suggestions eg.. pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, length flange thickness etc...

you have to remember the pressures on a Turbo charged exhaust is not small.

Unless you know a boiler maker or have good welding skills I would seriously caution against it.

But if you are serious about going ahead with it I suggest you chose a turbo type first then workout how the pipes need to go, different turbos require different things.
