ckw2008 Registered User Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 1	AU2 XR8 engine mounts Hoping someone might have some info on my problem. Had a set of pacemaker headers fitted, the exhaust guy mentioned the passenger side eng. mount was collapsing. Had a mechanic replace both mounts, only to find 4mths later, the headers touching the subframe and power steering pipes. Another mechanic, fitted a new set of hydrolastic mounts, assuring these were the correct ones. Now the engine sits too high, and I can't fit the tickford engine cover. Both guys say they have fitted the correct mounts, anyone have any suggestions?
