Can the front bumper of a BA futura/fairmont be fitted to a AUIII futura
Or can you just get a C2R front bumper

The C2R bumper will fit, it is designed for the AU. To fit a BA bumper ou would be looking at a fair bit of work to the entire front end.

products. We can arrange for you to have a front bar replacement that will
fit onto your Futura in Congo Green. The cost of this part painted with all
accessories needed are as detailed below:
FORD FALCON AU Series I, II and III continued:

-C2R AU Front End
Body Styling Package for the above includes the following components:

C2R Badging,
C2R Replacement Front Bumper
C2R Replacement Grille including Stainless Mesh,
New Driving Lights, Wiring Harness and Switch.

Package Supplied & Painted $1395.00

If you didn't want the grille, just deduct $395 from the price.
For $1000 seems pretty good, what do you think ??
