sad news, hope it works out, but ask the question are u really going to save some money or r u looking for more expendable cash. Sometimes having to make payments is a form of saving, just think, at the end of 3 years from now u will own a ba! or u might have saved some cash and will have a old EL worth what?
Unfortunatley the BA is through my business, and it has a residual of $15k, so regardless of paying over $800 p/m for it, in 4 years time I will still need to fork out $15k to keep the thing.
I would like an EL XR, but once again, I guess it comes down to price, the XR's are still quite pricey.
And insurance would be too.
Does anyone know what a EL XR6 might be worth? they are still fetching $18-20k here..
hi jaytyn, hope you have a good accountant because you say your are in business, looks to me like not a very clever decision your repayments should be tax detectable. if the business cant afford the car, the accountant should have told you not to buy the car..sack your accountant....
If you can't afford an EL XR then at least get the Futura, perhaps even a Fairmont. The GLi didn't come with ABS and it's the one and only thing I regret about buying my GLi all those years ago.

Bit more complicated than that :)
A former business "associate" decided to rip me off big time. I am unfortunatley paying for it now, I had to borrow some money from the bank, which repayments where originally destined for the car.
