Herrod motorsport now has avaliable 6 cylinder headers and highflow sports cats with 2.5 inch mandrell bent exhaust systems for xr6 and xt models sedan and ute.
We also have just finished 5.4 /3 valve 4 into one collector stlyle headers with high flow cats. To suit all sedans and utes.Exhausts are still under develpoment for sedan. but ute systems are avaliable now.

Suspension kits are avaliable for ute and sedan.

Leather trim upgrades

4 spot front and rear brake kits with370mm rotors.

18 and19 inch wheels.

6 cylinders have an average of 15 kw at wheels and v8 20 kw at wheels.we will have dyno sheets avaliable..All vehicles having our upgrades are all dynoed before and after at no extra charge.

What sort of cost are we looking at for the 6 cylinder headers and exhaust system?

I won't be down from Sydney till the FPV day next March, but I'm very interested in having these mods done, as well as a larger Air intake fitted, so I need to start saving so I'll be able to afford it by then :sad:

Great news Rob!

I remember discussing BA exhaust systems with you at our NSW TOC meeting, (BTW thanks again for coming along!), and it's great to see the products being available so quickly!!

Just a quick question (I probably asked you at the meeting AND at the Ford/Holden show, but I can't help myself!) - is there any hope for development of Boss260 / 290 headers, considering the oh-so-tight squeeze of the engine in the bay? And is there any hope of seeing a full dual system for the new 5.4's?

Headers and system are under development right now as we speak/headers will be avaliable when the xr8 is released.

Are you saying 20rwkw average gain on the 5.4 with just headers and hi-flow cats and stock pipes?

AP has already designed his exhaust system for the Boss 290 - will be interesting to see how Roberto's system looks! If it's similar or the same, guess where I'll be shopping?? he he naff
