I find it difficult fumbling around for the right button on the cruise controls and sound systems controls on the steerring wheel at night time as they are not illuminated. Does anyone else have this difficulty. Would it be too hard for Ford to fix this problem in latter models?
No problem as the controls have either indents or 'dimples' on them that allow identification.
Personally I would find additional lighting distracting.

Hmm yeah I must say that it is very easy to use the controls at night, as you easily get used to where they are from day use. Its like using the pedals... don't need to look at them to know what you're doing.
