Hi guys.. just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this.

Im planning on getting the XR8 MKII as a lease car here at work

. If i put my order in now (coz it takes a minimum of 12 weeks for delivery through work) they can not confirm if i will be getting a series 1 or series 2.

So my question is has the production of the MK II begun or are they still producing series 1 cars?? because i wouldn't want to order one now, wait 12 weeks for delivery and receive a series 1.. would be a waste.

Help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

You need to tell the dealer you want a Mk2 and make that clear to them. They can do this. I'd say if you ordered it now you would get a Mk2 anyway.
