BA speed alert

I was wondering if there is any way of adjusting the volume on the BA speed alert. I like having it on but my missus keeps going crook saying is too loud.... despite me telling her I would rather it be loud than cop a fine.

Re: BA speed alert

Tell her she is lucky it isn't a Magna, the speed alert in those is loud enough to wake the dead. I suppose it would be possible, there has to be some sort of speaker under the dash making the noises like seat belt alarm, petrol, speed alert etc. I might have a look over the weekend and if someone else cannot tell you first I will try and see what I can find

Or wake a sleeping baby as did the alert in the hire car Magna wagon we used last Christmas to Adelaide and back. Cost us one hour by the time we fed baby (3 months old) and cooled off my frustration..
