Re: BA V8 owners, what are your fuel bills like?
Daily commute incorporating regular crawls thru the M$5 revenue-way in peak hour average around 14.5 to 15.4l/100.
Spirited jaunt up or down the coast drops to high 12's low 13's
Sounds great and fuel consumption similar to the EL with lots more NM's, so I'm not complaining.
(thats on premium, its no quicker but offers better K's so its worth the extra few cents)

I get 15l/100km average for Canberra driving (which is a mix of city/highway). So 18 or so in a 220 or 260 kw V8 would be fine with me!

Mine is about 18 at the moment, but it was 11 on the last country trip. Doing another this weekend so will see if it's improved at all.

I get about an average of 18L/100k out of my I6 EF Fairmont, what the hell? (I drive it hard though)
If i drive it like a granny I average about 15-16L/100km, is this right? Seems a little high thats all..

Mine is very good compared to some of the stats here. I get 14.6 average with about 30% freeway driving for the 220kw XT V8.
