Just recently my car has had an S in a circle displayed next to the odometr, but the book doesnt say what it is. it skips that part,

any1 know what it is >?

yeh just realized. how do i turn it off, and how did it turn on ? :\

im pretty sure you hold the button on the steering wheel used to change radio station, it turns it on and off, if you hold it in it will say "OFF" on the dash, should fix it

L/H side of s/wheel, hold button for 2 sec, to turn on and use the radio volume buttons to raise or lower the speed at which the alert sounds.
Hold also 2 secs to turn off. beep should sound when turning on.

HI,You turn the speed alert on and off with the mode switch on the left hand side of the steering wheel.
