Has anoyone had this done on theirs??? I know a couple of guys that have taken their car back for service and have been told the computer has been reflashed also. Ever since then they have had cold start problems, running rich and a POS in the response department...

So is anyone / has anyone had the same problem??? What was the fix for it, if it has been fixed.

WEll mine was the opposite, I had a flat battery, and after that the thing wouldnt idle, especially when cold. Well it did idle, but was rough as, sometimes stalling. I waited did about 1500kms, both city and open road , was still doing it, they reflashed it for me the other day, now its back to good old normal, much happier

Mind you, mine is a AUIII with the stroker motor

I don't think mine has had a reflash as yet (Feb Build), but I know of late that it runs like a dog for a minute or so after cold start up,very rough as if it's going to stall, then it's fine.
Will quiz Ford when I'm in there next.

mine is a jan. build and same problems as you rastus.i have had my computer reflashed and it is a little better.
i find that if i reverse park the car in the garage,(the garage isn't level, there is a fall of a bout 100mm) it starts up much easier, still is alittle rough but when i park it straight in it is bit more rough , like it is just about to stall, but this lasts for about 20-30 seconds, then she is fine.

Mine is the same, idles rough initially on a cold morning, but only for 10 secs or so, then fine. I just attribute it to the engine being cold and the parts having to heat up somewhat to operate normally.
