Well, my mate owns a Mazda 121 and tonight, a Blue BA XR8 Ute run up the arse of it, then they drove off.
The guys in the ute had been in the bottle shop and pulled out of the driveway and run it up the arse of my mates car that was parked. Then the XR8 backed up, took off!!
The number plate, taken from CCTV at the bottle shop, is ZFQ-559 so if you see it, call Marrylands Cop Shop.

They could - yeah.
Also, assuming you're mate has insurance all he's gotta do is tell them the number plate of the offender then go ahead and get it fixed. It won't cost him a cent and the insurance company will rock up to that idiot's house with big beefy men to collect the money

Is that the spare wheel being pushed out through the floor of the boot in Pic 2?? Looks like pretty significant damage, a write-off I'd imagine.

Can't imagine the front of the XR8 ute would be looking too pretty either.

I'm sure the coppers would have gone straight around to the registered owners address to find and question him. Sounds like the ute was stolen to me.

At least no-one got hurt. Hope your mate gets an easy ride from his insurance company.

It was on Terry Street, behind Greystanes Shops (where i work).
The car came out of the pub and turned right.
I'd say the guy was drunk.

Yeh mate, that is the spare that has been pushed through the floor.

What an a-hole.. it's not nice when someone wrecks your stuff and does a runner.. like all the a-holes over the years that dinged up my other cars while parked in carparks.. grrr...

I don't live near Guildford but I'll keep an eye out for a blue ute with front end damage.

I had the same thing happen to me years ago.

Gave the cops the number plate, and the cops matched the paint from my car on his. Within days his mum gave me a call and said he was pissed and did a runner because he didn't want to go dui. The car was a panel van, but had been registered as a ute.

Suffice to say, they paid for the cost of repairing my car no questions asked.

im suprised the ute could actually drive off....even if it did i doubt it would have gotten too far. id say stolen but i thought the BA was near impossible to steal just like the AU. anyway keep us updated and just remember FF has its own lynch mob.....for things just like this!!

Thats terrible, i hate crap drivers and i hate em even mroe when they dont take responsibility for themselves. The guy wouldve definitely been drunk, let the cops know and let ur insurance company know. And try to make as much hell for this guy as possible.
