Does anyone know where I might be able to get the best deal on a BA XR6T? I am looking at trading up and was just wondering before I start looking if anyone had any ideas? Last time I went through a car broker but they did not get me exactly what I wanted....

Yeah mate it seem's that the further west you go the cheaper they get. Go to the Ford dealer in the main street of Ipswich they we're keen to get me into an XR6T for $38,940 drive away. The only reason I did'nt is because the missus and I have our sight's and heart's set on a XR8.

Check 'em out their on the right hand side as you head out of Ipswich city.

That would be Denmac Ford. When buying a new Ford in QLD I always get a price from Bryan Byrt Ford Mt Gravatt, Q Ford Springwood, and Southside Ford on Ipswich Road.

Q Ford wins everytime with my dads cars, and there is a bloke that works there called Paul Wilson, their number is 07 3208 7000 and they have XR6 Turbos in Stock as well as XR8s.

Talk to Troy Hose @ Byrne Ford on 3248 3333 - no-one could match his deal on my XR8. Tell him Peter Robinson sent you and he might just give me a drive of the GT when it arrives...

Byrne Ford seem to be the best of the bunch, certainly better than bryan byrt and Q ford! But then again this is coming from me who has only ever looked for used cars!

actually they are all saying the same price but byrne ford is 'throwing in the extras'. whichever one comes up with the best trade in will get my order...

Id be very surprised if any of them beat Q ford.

On my dads last 2 purchases, Q ford gave him 4 grand more on both his trades. But hey, it just depends on the market and whether they need your old car for stock or not.

Yep thanks I will check each of them out, if I can not sell it privately. I will wash my car and make sure it's in mint condition before I go anywhere. I will let you know how I go..
