Question Bulbs

Hey all, I just purchased some Xenon headlight bulbs for the EF. Apparently they're 30% brighter? Just wanted to know how much work is involved in changing the bulbs. Do I have to pull out the whole headlight and indicator? I don't know much about cars, should I bother or just get them fitted by someone?

all you need to do is pull the cap off the back of the headlight (accessed through the engine bay) and unclip the old globes , chuck in the new ones. Be carefull not to touch the globes with your fingers.

5 Minute job.....easy.

as said above, yeah i run those 30% brighter things too, seem better than the old bulbs

The cover on the back of the headlight unscrews, then you will see the wire clip, it hooks under a tab from memory, piece of cake

I got 110 watt bulbs in mine, now thats the best way to get brighter bulbs!

THe car is deadset blinding with the beams on, great for hunting out roos (and police/speed cameras).

Not too good for passing motorists if I leave em though!
