My XR8 ute is 2 weeks old and ive scraped under the bumper badly.
I was wondering if anybody knew the best way to fix this or is it best to take it to the panel beaters???

I'd buy some touch up paint and use that for a couple of months. Then maybe get it fixed by a panel beater. If you only have had it for 2 weeks, you might still scrape it whilst you get used to the ride height.
The only ones who would really notice it would be yourself (as you know it's there) and anyone you run over.

Yeah, get used to the height and the body kit. Kwikfix is a good mob for work like that. I would not even bother about the stuff in the second pic, nobody will ever see that unless they are under your car. You'll soon learn not to worry about stuff people can't see.

Yes its more the fact that i know its there...
The plastic is very soft, more so than my old AU, but also much lower.
I will go over it with a touch up pen when I get one and see how it looks!
Thanks Genebaby, Do you know if they have a kwikfix in Sydney? looks like they are in Victoria only!

I know they are in Canberra, so they should be in Sydney too....I felt really bad after my first one, and after lowering it, if I can't see it, it ain't there is my policy...heh..heh...

We have one of the "touchupguys" come into work Tyrone Bauyer. Top guy and does a good job. Dunno what the guys down there are like but his work is A1.
