Re: Capa's Pd blower

Any feedback about these units???

What sort of power have you been getting from them???

Iv recovered from Christmas season and can now afford to spend some coin on my car, just wondering wether this was the right way to go about it?

Cheers,
Chad.

They are starting to sell now that the Christmas period is over with good results.. All have been around the power we have claimed, mostly more.. (365kW+ @ engine)

Re: Capa's Pd blower

I am certainly looking at going a SC. I have a few questions..... With the $3995. Will I also need a extra fuel pump and larger injectors????? Can a intercooler be fitted at a later stage???? 365kw at the engine, what was the torque and would 365engine kw = about 273rwkw being a manual????.... Lastly, in which way is the fuel economy affected when cruising on the highway. Will it use more fuel, if so aprox how much.... I know the last question is dumb, But I burn through 120ltr a week in fuel driving from to and from Brisbane, And I don't want waste more money on fuel driving to work....

No the $3,995.oo will run and produce the power we claim with STD fuel system.. The only other product you will need to buy, if you dont already have one is a Flash Tuner, which we do for a special price when bought with the BOSS-PD kit ($795) This comes with the program to suit the kit..

You can if you wish to later on put larger injectors, Fuel pump etc to get a bit more from the system.. (Bluepower has done this)

Fuel consumption if anything should be improved on the open road etc.. If you do a bit of open road driving i can supply you with an economy tune to suit the s/c system

Sounds too bloody good mate.....

Yes, I do all ready have a Flash Tuner, and I love it. I think with out the Edit my ute would be a pile off cinders by now.

How much more power could you squeeze out of the Boss 260 with Bigger injectors and Fuel pump...

Oh. how many psi are you running to get 365 Kw out of the BOSS 260, and were there any other mod done to the car (I.E. exhaust and headers, throttle body). Also what would be the safe working max psi that this unit could produce..

Re: Capa's Pd blower

Thats okay then.. You can mail it to me, i can update the tunes in it to suit the s/c kit..

You could with the injectors / fuel pump upgrade, and a bit extra boost, make 400kW's @ engine comfortably..

Our std kit will run about 5psi boost to make the 365kw's, this is claimed with a good exhaust system only.. Safe psi with this unit is 5psi boost, running more does void the units warranty, but will be okay at 6.5psi..
