Capa supercharged XR8
For those upset that they brought an XR8 and paid $6000 more than the faster XR6 Dont despare, after looking on the capa web site he is doing 380kw kit for $6990 and a 440kw intercooled kit (no price yet). For anyone who has driven a blown 8 you will be getting a wee bit excited about this. The good part about this is the gearbox in your XR8 will be able to handle this with just a clutch upgrade. The yanks have been supercharging this engine for years running crazy amounts of boost with times in the 10s for the quarter mile
