hi again

What is the chance of finding a set of four 15x7" ORIGINAL Bathurst Globes? I'm willing to pay up to $1500 as long as they arent too damagd etc.

I'd love to sell you mine But I'd have to shoot myself if I did that,depending on their condition they usually sell for $600 a rim, so if you found a set for that price snap them up.

There was a set on ebay off an ESP XD; but they would need to be refinished, as they were painted... Currently at $400

Yeah - thought so; I was just going off the criteria - original and bathurst globes..... And see what his response would be. I have heard of people paying top $$ for the factory XD ones.

How are they different, if they are 15x7 bathursts made by Globe?

they have a different lip
very small difference, but depends if you are trying to get as original as possible.
alot of gt's i've seen use these from the esp, and I'm also going to get a set this year for my gt as the 14" are too small for 400hp, they just spin.
phase globes are rare and i mean rare and $$$$$$$ up to 1k per rim.
i think esp globes fit all xa, xb, xc's... thats what i've been told, but i'm not a professional and only a beginner.

There is a very noticeable difference between the Globe's from XA-XC compared to those from XE, the XA-XC one's are worth alot of money and the earlier XA one's with small centre are worth even more, very rare to come by,the XE one's are actually made by CSA(I think) who bought out Globe Aus pty,so yes they are basically a Globe rim but not the same or as some may say Original.
