Changing ignition leads?

Hi guys I have a EAII CFI and it has been idling very bad when cold but once warm it is fine. I changed the spark plugs and it ran fine for the next two days and then went back to the bad idling so I assume it is an ignition problem.

Are there any tips with changing the ignition leads and also are there any other things I should change.

Or if anyone has had the same problem and knows how to fix it I would be greatly appreciated........
