Damaged guard above wheel..

Hi guys,
After getting my car lowered and going over a pot hole the front right wheel has pushed the arch above the wheel out slightly (only a bit, probably no more than 10cm long) Has this happened to anyone else? And more importantly how is it fixed?

10cm is heaps, 10mm maybe?
Ive seen the tyre grab on peoples front guards when going up driveways whilst turning, but never in a straight line.
