Drag Slick Retread Thread ?

Hi all,
Can some one please help me with the link or address for the company that does the drag slick compound rubber retread on a standard casing please ?
I did read a thread regarding a company I think was in Queensland that does this.Can't see the thread anywhere now.
Any help would be appreciated.
