The black cap up front is power steering fluid.
The trans dipstick is up back to drivers side of engine. It has a convoluted black knob on top of it. It's between the brake booster and engine. It is visible in your picture just behind the large dia tube that goes from exhaust manifold to air cleaner.
When ready to put in oil, handbrake on, start car and warm up and check fluid level while engine running.
