What are the power outputs of the stock EB Falcons AT THE WHEELS?

mate you have to be more specific.
e.g. 4.0L 6, 3.9mpi, 5.0L v8.
also what transmission as auto has a slightly bigger loss at the wheels.

OK my guess...

3.9 139kw would be 97rwkw
4.0 148kw would be 103rwkw
4.0 161kw would be 112rwkw
5.0 165kw would be 115rwkw

in manual form:
3.9 139kw would be 104rwkw
4.0 148kw would be 111rwkw
4.0 161kw would be 120rwkw
5.0 165kw would be 123rwkw

I worked these out by simply assuming a 30% loss through an auto and 25% loss through a manual.

By the above formula the 120 kW 3.9 would have 84 and 90 kW in auto/manual form. This is the engine that most stock EB GLs would have.

auto 3.9L MPI have 88rwkw....



see www.chiptorque.com.au - they have rwkw output for al lford engines (and heaps of other manufacturers for that matter
