EB SS Falcon XR8

For the 91-92 Hardies 12hr Bathurst races, Ford Aust produced 5 special 'S' versions, unofficially... one raced as an LPG fueled car.

Any-one know of the likely resting place of any of these vehicles?

They made 12 or so to officially call it a production car.

I have heard of people owning them - and the guy in the street machine mag who supercharged his. I also know where an ecu from one is.
Theres not really any concrete facts on their power but they had a heavily worked cam and estimated guesses put it at the 180 - 200kw mark.

missing SS EB's

Okay, thanks fellas, now where are the rest ?

Project Lost SS begins !!!

Last prices I saw in '94-95 were in the $25K range, when they were still relatively fresh.

Now we're hunting collector's items.

Any help would be appreciated.

Personally I think that guy was nutz to do that to a car as limited edition as that geez you do that to any falcon and he chose to modify a 1 OF 10 vehicles from its ORIGINAL state

tell me guys have you ever seen a GT or the like modified traditionalists wont have that!!! HE STUFFED A GOOD CAR IMO
Ive had my SVO for 2 years and I couldnt bring my self to modify it only just restore it maybe.

I agree with you, but at least it is reversable. I have the Performance Ford with that article in my cupboard. 10 were built apparently

I think there's a fair difference between a TS50 and one of 12 cars made for homologation purposes.
