I don't know very much at all about the EL - EF Falcon, but I was wondering if they made an XR8 wagon in either EL-EF. I'm interested in an EL-EF XR8, but I want it in a wagon. All I can ever find are XR6's, so maybe they didn't make them in XR8's in wagons.

Ford never made a XR8 wagon - They still refuse to. If you want a V8 wagon, you will not find a manual version but you could do no worst than a V8 Fairmont wagon. All the luxury bits make them a very nice unit. It might take some time to find one but they were made in EF/ELs.

Thanks Paul for your reply. In a XR8 wagon i think they would have done some great sales. Holden seem to do ok. Anyway I thought I'd call a dealer today and he said no XR8 wagon was made. good luck finding a V8 wagon. They are hard to come buy. He suggested going to a Commodore wagon. ****GASP****

Think I'll keep an eye out for a fairmont wagon as you suggested. A good option.
