Pics not real clear but got to say I love the color. Thats just off the gun with clearcoat. I'll cut'n'polish by hand tomorrow before I put the engine back in.
Your gunna get the cranks, but YOU posted the picture.
That is the bodgiest job I have seen, you did not remove anything even the very very easy things, let alone the masking tape, bucket, or screw driver.
I know it is not meant to be a show car, but you took the easy way out..... so why bother.

Don't know what you've got your back up so much? Is it your car? If you don't want to see don't look. Have I pissed you off or something?
btw : all those things weren't in the way of what I was spraying. I couldn't remove the master cylinder as someone has rounded one brake line nut. I took out anything that was easy to remove and kept moving wiring as I went I sprayed it section by section. If you'd sprayed an XB before you'd know there is a panel to goes over where the bucket etc were.
Ha ha. The trick is now getting the engine back in without scratching anything.
Good luck!
Engines in put one scratch on a tower but fixed it. I'll post more pics once I've done more. I sprayed the underside of the bonnet today. Main priority is the fuel system now. I need the car driveable so I can move it around.
