In the early 70's a whole bunch of Xy's and Xw's were exported to south africa. The only thing that really separates these from being as collectable as Aussie falcon GT's is that they were badged fairmont GT's.
Generally these cars are in much better condition than you can find a GT in Aus as the weather conditions and climate, helped to keep the rust to a minimum.
These vehicle's are becoming very collectable these day's, they are vertually a GT, they have all the same driveline, interior,allbeit a little different, etc, they have the same body and D block's as a GT.
