I have a Falcon Ute GLI Longreach 1994 with the following engine problem; it starts and idles fine but won’t accelerate off immediately when you accelerate in Drive. In Park or Neutral it will rev up fine without load. In Drive with the throttle fully down it can take up to 15 seconds for the power to suddenly come up, it just splutters and hunts around up to this point. The Engine off diag test for both the on-demand and memory modes gives a no fault reading (11) but the Engine on test gives the following readings:

Code Description
12 ISC Solenoid circuit
13 ISC Solenoid circuit
21 Coolant temp sensor circuit
52 Power steering pressure sensor circuit (open circuit)

I don’t see how any of these faults could give this symptom, any advice?
