Yeah,
it's the old XM grafted with later model Cortina head and tail lights by the look of it.
Badges look like XD falcon era jobs, though we had 4.1 by that stage and not a 3.6.
Note also only the Ghia seemed to get the big TF Cortina tail lights. The other models seem to have smaller jobs from some other car. At first I thought they were the TE Corty lights, but they may have been specific for this model.
You gotta say it certainly looks different. Apart from the bodgy body styling, I wonder if there are any useful improvements to the chassis that you could use on the old Aussie Falcons?
