OK, i'm going to be fitting a CAPA kit in a couple weeks time. Part of the job involves replacing the power steering pump pulley, apparantley Ford decided to use a pulley that requires a special tool... a bit of research on google suggests the same tool is used for Saginaw, Thompson (GM i think?) and Ford C2 power steering pump pulleys.
I need to get this thing off. My first preference is to buy a suitable puller. I will be chasing up Repco on this but in the meantime I'd love it if anyone can tell me where to get my grubby mitts on one. Let's be honest here, we're talking forced induction so money is not a problem.
EDXR8 has suggested that I go to a Ford dealership and get it done (I appreciate the suggestion Grant). However this will require a tow home, which is not possible as the car needs to be reversed up a fairly steep driveway....
All suggestions are welcome.

There are a few different brands around. I have the Snap On one, which works great. I also have the Snap On installer - make sure you use one as if you just try to hammer the pulley back on you run a big risk of damaging the valve plates and slippers inside the pump. Don't want all those metal filings going to your steering rack!!

Snap on sell a kit with puller/installer for the tidy sum of $494
Repco has an ABW catalogue with (what i think is) the good stuff - ive been invited to go in on the weekend and make sure its the right one. About $100 for the puller, hopefully get the installer for a similar price.
Who would have thought the hardest part of a forced induction setup would be the power steering pulley? lol

Didn't realise how expensive the Snap On ones were here - I bought mine a few years ago when I was working o/seas. Both items together cost me less than $160 (US$110 at the time). I have a lot of Snap On tools, but have never purchased any of their specialist tools in Oz, only normal hand tools.
Go the ABW stuff - nothing wrong with it (I have a lot of their stuff too).

The ABW one is a remover and installer all in one tool for the $100.
The ABW part # is 991112 by the catalogue i have but the part # on the actual tool package is 70832

You don't need the installer, just use a 3/8"NC bolt which threads into the shaft and then you just pull the pulley on with that. The PS pump only has about 2-3cm of thread in it so you have to pull it on a bit then add a few washers as spacers and pull it on a bit more.
