My car uses around $13 for 110km thats around 15litres at the price it is here at the moment.. is this bad, good, or average ??

i own a EA ford falcon 88 gl, cfi. straight six engine.

I have a weird Q for yaz... my car gets worse fuel acconomy on the highway, yet its within limits on a city cycle... what causes this???

I would debate the 3 spd vs. the 4 spd. I drive a 92 EB sedan with 4.0 with 4 spd and a 89 EA wagon with 3.9 CFI with 3 spd. I can tell little difference in fuel economy. The EB has a bit more power on take-off, but the EA has more power after you get moving, from 30kph to 100kph. I like driving the wagon best. Oh, I do not drive either with a soft foot.
