Hey i went for a lil fang in me ute tonight for the hell of it, an i had me dash display sent on instant fuel usage setting an managed to get it up to 70.3L/100k's.

I was wondering what you peoples best was?

i have seen our Grange get to 99L/100km on instant take off and somewhere around 70L per hour

I got our 99 Magna to 89L/100k's in reverse! I was doing a reverse hillstart and redlined it slipping the clutch!

lol i can do better than that ur not trying hard enough although mine has something to do with the walloping big cam in there, if you drive hard all the time expect round 200 kay per tank of city driving.

yea, i have had 99L/100Ks in a Berlina..

but the best was an average increase of 5.4L/100k in one take off..

Just curious did the Au XR8's have the instant fuel usage meter as mentioned here???

I know it has odometer / Trip meter / DTE / speed alert but I haven't found instant fuel usage.

anyone else tried liters per hour in their car? Its a better way to see how much fuel is going through at an instant, in my opinion

Mine shows L/hr when sitting staionary but goes to L/km when i start moving.
Dunno how to make it stay L/hr, probly ses in me manual somewhere i guess but i get a bit erratic when i try readin an drivin at the same time.
