Is this a good price?

Hey all, this question is on behalf of Rmyers...

He wants to know if $400 is a good price for a second hand garrett T3 turbo, possibly with manifold for an EA. This is all the info he gave me on it, he'll no doubt add more to this later...

Re: Is this a good price?

I'm told that they can be had for $300. There are internal and external wastegate designs, with the latter working out more expensive. Manifolds would cost $500+...

Re: Is this a good price?

I just found out he won't be getting the manifold with it. He's decided to buy it.

Great stuff! I'd love to discuss this with him at some stage.
