gt steering wheels for $800?

i was reading a thing on the territory the other day while i was gettin my windows tinted. in this magazine it had all the options you could get on the territory, one of them was a leather steering wheel but its not like the fairmont steering wheel its a GT wheel. and its only $800 ( i think the real GT wheels are $1200?)

The "Sports" steering wheel in the XR's is only about $500 or something? Thats the same as the GT one... as far as I can remember anyway.

45,000km service coming up - and i'll be asking for a sizable list of fixes:
* Gearbox (3rd time)
* Steering click (5th time)
* Brake Shudder (2nd time, and has the applied "Fix")
* etc...

I only the people writing this post would stop using the word "only" Even $500 is bloody pricey for a steering wheel!! Have fun spending your banks money, or that of us who pay our full tax.

WHy do you assume you pay more tax than me? IMO anyone with a "business", who can claim a vehicle as a deduction is being subsidised by the PAYE tax payer. Think of it as a toy subsidy if you like.

*shrugs* I didn't even pay for it, dealer threw it in.

Though after using a standard wheel and the sports/gt wheel i'd easily pay for the upgrade next time if I had to.

Oh and by the way i'm not taking any perks on my car. I pay enough in tax to justify at least 5 full time people on the dole as my employees.

Can everybody post group tax certificates or company returns so we can seperate everybody in to appropriate levels of income.
Heaven forbid I interact with people not in my income bracket
