In the process of doing a check over, on top of the water issue in the other thread I also found that my brake fluid resevoir had been leaking fluid, which has dripped onto the engine bay paintwork and stripped it!

So after closer inspection, I found it was 1 of the 2 seals going to the master brake cylinder.

$16.50(seals from Ford) + Fluid($10) + labour (~$50) from mechanic =$76.50

so I think....

$16.50 (seals from Ford) + do it myself.

BUT Ford don't have any which means no car for a day.

So I go to ABS Brakes in Ringwood....

$6.60 (the same goddamn seals) + Fluid $10 and half an hour of my time.

I can tell you it wasn't a tough choice.

nah, not too much damage, a bit of a touch up from a spray pack should do the job.

Lemme guess... rear resevoir to master cylinder seal had gone?

My car is like the EA Beta-Pack... every time I read something going wrong to someones EA on here, it's either already happened to me, or is about to happen :(
