Happy BA Buyer

Well my first Ford, Actually BA Falcon RTV ute done 3000 k's best car I have ever driven,( Driven Holdens, Kia's, Mazdas, Hondas, Misubishi) I have got to say this is the best quality car I have driven, no problems so far, no warranty claims. Quality car allround. My brother is now going to buy an XR6.

Just abit of info went to a holden dealer first up, becasue I was kind of a holden person and they priced themselves out of my market, and I found them to be very well......?????? eg. Asked for a commodore S ute with ray wanted the SS facia on it and the foglamps before discussing this with the dealer went to spare parts and they quoted me $ 557 for the front facia and 2 foglamps switch fully wired painted labour $300 total of $887.00. When I finally went into the dealer to buy this outdated 8 year old looking car and asked for these options he quoted me an extra $2500.

Well this sent me packing to Adrian Brian Ford and well the rest is history, glad I made the change.

Re: Happy BA Buyer

Wohoo,

Awesome stuff. Welcome aboard. One Happy BA owner to another. I've had wee problems but all in all. I'm glad I did. Only problem is I wish I was more financial as I would have purchased the XR6T, not the N/A...Oh well.

Supercharger in a years time....Hell yeah.

Tell a secret, I have always been a HOlden girl. Until they made the godawful VY. Looks like a Magna. Hate it with a passion.
Test drove the ClubSport and found it lacking... lots of body roll (Holden trait), shit performance, hard riding, and just the attitude of the dealers themselves was unacceptable to me.

So went off to see a mate of ours at the Ford dealership and he nearly fell over backwards when I said I wanted to test drive the XR6. (XR8's weren't on the market yet). Drove the XR6, loved it, found it pissed all over the ClubSport and ordered my XR8 immediately.

I would NEVER go back to a Holden now. :)

Glad to be on the so called Dark side. I can see now what the Holden fanatics are really like, after getting my Ford. (Even though I still own a Holden Ute).
