Read a bit about the above and think our company can/does get national fleet on fords. A few qstns

1. How much would national fleet be on a XR6 na and XR6T? Anyone got national fleet price recently and know exactly how much?
2. When does the discount come off? Does it come off the list price then the on roads added?
3. Do Ford dealers have to give it to you if you prove u can receive it? Can they(dealers) vary the fleet discount?

Yes you can get National Fleet on all XR's. ( I was suprised when I asked 6 months ago)

You will need to prove that you work for the organisation which is eligable for the discount. Ford provide you with a form which will need completing before you go ahead.

I guess the amount of discount may differ between organisations, however I got a whopping $6900 off my XR8.

Was the $6900 the full saving off retail or just the national fleet discount. If it is just the fleet discount then that is unreal.

Saved me having to pull the extra dollars out of my pocket for the full Herrod exhaust, SS cold air, BMC filter, Herrod springs and throttle spacer. Still got a few $$ left to spend on future mods.

Ne1 else got any comment on what national fleet discout would be for a T and NA?

My N/A XR6 was just under $37k on the road ( Dec 03 ).
So thats a saving of ~$5k or thereabouts....

Is this stock standard? No extra's? I'm thinking of just adding premium sound nothing else.
