was a rolling start.... 3rd gear.....cruising on 60... then vroooooooooooooom :o)
mind you i dont think the other car was modded...loooked standard...but u could hear the turbo going nuts when he planted it sssssssssssssssssssst

i dont think i woulda done as well if it was a standing start lol.

the boss is far more responsive on cold nights. uninspirational on reallly warm days.

lol.... good question.
unless the xr8 is exceptionally slow... the fact that we were going "fast" and window to window suggests that they were stepping on the accelerator.
rolling start i reckon the xr8 is good. but its a dog to take off.
