Leaking fuel

has anyone come up with a good way to stop fuel leaking from xa-b-c's when turning a tight corner? I hate losing a litre or 2 after i fill up if i forget to go super slow around the corners.

Re: Leaking fuel

make a gasket out of neopreane(spelling) or find a large O ring to put on the cap. my mustang has the filler at the back so everytime i took off i left a trail of gas on the road, toranas are also bad for this and cooper s tanks do the same. there is also a other idea i just had come to mind,, get a pool noodle and cut of 3 " of it and stuff in filler neck so fuel doesnt splash out, im going to test for meltage in the morning and if it works i will patend the idea.

Haha, the pool noodle idea sounds like an awesome way to clog up your fuel lines Would be cool if it worked, but I imagine it will just melt the noodle.
