Does anybody know if your xr8 comes with locking wheel nuts. i brought some yesterday i was putting them on and realised that there is a set already on the car.. maybe the dealer put them on ?? all i need to find is the socket for the lock nuts incase i get a flat...

Do you have 18's ?

I have vague memories of someone mentioning that the 18's came with locknuts. I didn't think the 17's did, but I'll find out on Friday when I pick my Blueprint beasty up with 17's.

They must have been generous with me. My ute came with them , and 17's all round.

I have 17's on my XR6, standard they don't have them but my dealer has a policy of fitting locking nuts to all cars supplied with alloy wheels.

Yes, Kieron is right. Depends on the dealer. My dealer said they were fitted on all their cars as well. So they should show up with I get my T with it's 17s

That's nice of the dealers. However, you'd think they would throw in the key as well :)

I used to work in Pre-delivery on fords and not one 17" XR has locking nuts. But the 18" has them standard. I guess it does depend on the delaer.
