Id be surprised if Ford keeps record of every single key, but worth a try I guess. That would be above 500,000 records for the Tibbe key Falcons.
It would be more cost effective to take the lock to the locksmith, instead of him coming to you. And not everyone are able to cut a Ford key.
The hardest part of getting it out is undoing the shear bolt, which is a bolt that the head shears off after at a certain tension. Its so its not easy to remove the ignition.
Just get a hammer and a punch or even a screwdriver and tap the top of the bolt in the direction you want to turn it. Its not that tight in my experience so it shouldnt be that hard, just time consuming.
