I have noticed that in the last few days I have seen about 8 VY's and only 1 BA. I hope this isnt the new trend!! What have been your experiences. By the way Iam in Perth.

In Melbourne it's the other way around. I've seen a lot of BAs but only 2 VYs. I'd love to see the latest VFACTS when it comes out.

In Adelaide, its been much the same, mostly Vy's (executives). IMO if you were not totally one eyed to the Holden, in stardard trim (Exec vs XT), you would have to be bl**dy mad not to purchase the Ford. Maybe the GMH plant here has somthing to do with it.

I must say I'm a little confused and feel like yelling out at owners of VY Excec' "Are you blind, silly or just anal about fuel economy"

I'm yet to see a VY on the road yet. Probably seen about 5 BA's.
Mind you, I'm not on the road that much.

I just went to Bathurst and there were heaps of Barras on the road!

No BAs and only 2 VYs in Canberra (went to Sydney on the weekend and didn't see any of each!).

No BA's on the road, only a XT and fairmont( or futura) at the local dealer.
a couple of VY execs at the dealer and 1 redhot VY SS on the road, and in my driveway. Couldn't be bothered waiting for an XR6t to test drive.
Still to early to compare the SS to the CV8 I backtraded. First impressions very happy.
SS is 27 days old from the factory, and its what the dealer had ordered in, as I have never ordered a car, too impatient I spose.
